[Contest Details]
The goal is the same - to work towards eliminating gangs and youth violence, but we're looking for a new name that better communicates our mission statement.
It's easy: come up with a phrase, slogan or title that conveys the goals and mission of the Task Force. It can't be offensive and it can't be trademarked or copywrited. The ideal choice would be short, simple and concise because the Task Force wants to use the name, or a part of it, in the web address. All entries become property of the Task Force. Anyone can enter, but is a limit of five entries per person. In case of duplicate winning the entry submitted first will be selected. The deadline is June 16, 2008.
Send your entries with your name, address, and phone number to: contest@cityofmerced.org, or mail them to Slogan Contest, 678 W. 18th St., Merced, CA, 95340.
